Returns and refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible for a full refund:

• Unused, unrecorded Voice Keepsake Cards in original condition
• Pendants that are unworn and undamaged
• Any item that arrives damaged or defective (we'll replace it or refund you)

Not eligible:

• Cards or pendants that already have a recorded message or uploaded content, because they are personalized to you (unless defective)
• Vault Membership after the first 14 days of a billing period. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

To start a return, email us through our Contact page with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
